Kidney failure treatment in ayurveda

A urinary tract infection is a common infection in the urinary system. A UTI can involve any part of a person’s urinary system, which includes the bladder, urethra, ureters, and kidneys. Generally, symptoms include the need to urinate often, feeling pain lower back or side, and having pain when urinating; most UTIs can be treated with the help of kidney failure ayurvedic treatment.

What is a Urinary Tract Infection(UTI)?

UTI is an infection from microbes. These microbes are way too small that can’t be seen without a microscope.

The majority of UTIs are caused by bacteria; however, few are caused by fungi and, in rare cases, by viruses. UTIs are among the commonest infections in humans.

A person’s urinary tract is made up of-

  • Ureter
  • Kidneys
  • Bladder
  • Urethra

The majority of UTIs involve only the urethra and bladder in the lower tract. However, UTIs can also involve the kidneys and ureters in the upper tract. In spite of this fact, upper tract UTIs are much rarer as compared to lower tract UTIs; they’re usually more severe.

Kinds of UTIs and their symptoms

A UTI is a bacterial infection of the urinary tract that can affect-

the Urethra, Bladder, and Kidneys.

Kidneys

  • Shaking and chill
  • Back or side pain
  • High fever
  • Vomiting
  • Nausea

Bladder

  • Pelvic pressure
  • Frequent, painful urination
  • Lower belly discomfort
  • Blood in urine

Urethra

  • Discharge
  • Burning with urination

Who is at risk of getting a Urinary Tract Infection?

Urinary Tract infections can happen to anyone. However, they are more likely to happen in women because the urethra in females is shorter and is closer to the anus, where bacteria names E. coli are common. Also, aged adults are at higher risk of developing cystitis. Several medical conditions can be related to this, which include a bladder prolapse or an enlarged prostate.

If a person keeps getting frequent urinary tract infections, in that case, their healthcare experts can perform certain tests in order to check for other health issues like diabetes or an abnormal urinary system contributing to the infections. People having persistent UTIs requires kidney failure treatment in ayurveda. This ayurvedic treatment is completely natural and can cure the problem of UTIs completely.

  • Abnormal urine colour and strong or foul-smelling urine.

There are many other symptoms related to a urinary tract infection, which include-

  • Pain during sex.
  • Penis pain.
  • Lower back pain or side body pain
  • Fatigue
  • Fever and chills
  • Vomiting
  • Confusion or Mental changes

How to prevent Urinary Tract Infection?

Generally, people can prevent a urinary tract infection by making certain lifestyle changes and by leading a healthy lifestyle, such as.

Drinking enough fluids- Consuming extra fluids, particularly water, in the daily routine removes excessive bacteria from the urinary tract. Drinking atleast six to eight glasses of water each day is recommended by doctors.

Change the clothing- Avoiding clothes that are tight-fitted can actually help keep a person dry, which prevents the growth of bacteria in the urinary tract. A person can switch to cotton underwear, preventing extra moisture to trapped around the urethra.

Practice good hygiene- Urinary Tract Infections can be prevented by practising good hygiene. Specifically, this is essential for women as the women’s urethra is much shorter as compared to the men’s urethra. It’s recommended that a person should always wipe from front to back after a bowel movement. Also, women should embrace good hygiene practices at the time of their menstrual cycle in order to avoid infections. Frequently changing tampons and pads and not using feminine deodorants can help prevent UTIs.

Hanging urination habits- The urine is a waste product, getting removed from the body each time a person empties their bladder. Frequent urination reduces the risk of infection, particularly when a person is having a history of frequent UTIs. A person should try urinating instantly right before and after sex which helps flush out bacteria that may get introduced at the time of intercourse.

Home Remedies for treating UTIs

Drink plenty of water

Despite the fact urinating can be painful when you have a UTI, it’s important to drink fluids as much as possible and especially water. Most adults should aim to drink between six and eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day.

The more you drink, the more you’ll urinate, which can help flush harmful bacteria from the urinary tract.

Get Vitamin C

Increasing your intake of vitamin C may help boost your immune system. But some research has found conflicting evidence for the effectiveness of vitamin C in treating UTIs, noting that not enough studies have been done to support this treatment.

Try Cranberries

Cranberries may contain an ingredient that stops bacteria from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract.

Though research is inconclusive, some studies suggest that you might be able to reduce your risk of UTIs with cranberry products, including unsweetened cranberry juice, cranberry supplements, or dried cranberries.

But other studies have noted that the use of cranberries to prevent UTIs doesn’t produce consistent results, so more research is needed.

If cranberry juice isn’t quite to your taste, consider trying AZO Cranberry Caplets. These cranberry powder caplets are designed to promote urinary tract health. Each box contains 50 caplets.
